Responsible for developing and managing the processing of incoming adverse reaction reports and corresponds with national centres regarding technical and report related issues.

Provides support for online reporting via VigiFlow.

Involved in database development and quality assurance in the Production, Development, Quality Department.

Updates the WHO Drug Dictionary with information on medicinal products.
