Milan Kriska (Ph D )

Has held several posts within the School of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava, where he is currently Head of Department of Pharmacology.

In 1995-1996, Prof Kriska was Head of Department of Biochemistry and Pharmacology, San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, Puerto Rico.

TEACHING AND SUPERVISION:

• Lecture to M.D. and Ph.D. students in areas of cardiovascular pharmacology, antibiotics, clinical pharmacology, drug evaluation, risk assesment
• Course organiser in the area of drug evaluation and Good Clinical Praxis
• Initiator and teacher courses of Rational Drug Prescribing
• Supervisor of postgraduate students
• Thesis adviser for graduate students
