UMC has an international Board; WHO and the Swedish Government each appoints three members.
The operations of the UMC as a WHO Collaborating Centre are governed by an agreement between WHO Headquarters and the Swedish Government. The Centre has an international Board; WHO and the Swedish Government each appoints three members.
From 2010 the Chairman of the Board has been Dr Anders Milton, who has held senior positions in many Swedish health-related organisations.
